No, the VC is relevant when it suits you, the manga also contradicts itself then it is also relevant when it suits me.

According to you where does Mihawk's VC contradict the manga? You mean it contradicts your Shanks>Mihawk agenda.

Don't really know there was no orders but if I were to assume

It was after kizaru and shanks duel. Otherwise it'd make no sense for fuji to not 2v1 and easily beat shanks.

Well Kizaru didn't sweat during his fight against Zephyr either, he only sweated when Zephyr exposed the Dyna Stone to the air, knowing that it's what cause Dyna Stones to explode, and threw it at him.
