Yes but Usopp has shown more development in that tiny arc than Carrot in 3 arcs now. She really doesent stick out in any way like the rest of the SHP do, and if Pedro didnt die infront of her, shed have zero things going for her. Plus i dont remember her talking to Luffy even once besides when he ate her carrot, its nice she has a connection to Nami and Chopper but many characters have connections to other members, what matters is seeing them through Luffys eyes.
Carrot has no chance of joining the strawhats. If you remove her completely from the story nothing changes, nothing at all. That's just how worthless she is as a character. There is no difference between Chome and Carrot other than the amount of trivial panel exposition. Their goal is to act cute and be semi competent in combat.
How old are you? You don't need to act like a immature child insulting others just because someone thinks a fictional character will join the crew, plenty of people still don't think Carrot will join and that's fine you don't see me and others insulting them and calling them idiots. This is a normal discussion about who will join and who will not join with everyone having their own arguments, calling others idiots and ranting just because someone has a different opinion than yours is not a normal discussion.
Do you guys think Law will accompany Luffy on his way to Laugh Tale? As in, join the actual crew? I gave it some thought and think he might just. Unlike Kidd who will rival/oppose Luffy to the end, Law and Luffy share a different relationship.
It started at Marineford when Law saved him. He parallels Jimbei in this, as the people (we can include Hancock and Ray i guess, although to a lesser degree than the 2) that helped him out at his all time Law (pun). Unlike Jimbei, he doesent have that inherited will from Ace however, so maybe thats the key difference. Anyway, he mentions it to his crew as kind of a big deal:

Law is interested in it, and he is someone whos been present to witness this:
Luffy has Robin on his side, to his and anyones relevent knowledge, the only person that can read the poneglyphs. After Wano and 2 yonko down, he will be in possession of 3 red poneglyphs, the grand fleet (Law was witness) and the whole Wano and Mink tribe (again Law is witness) as his allies.
So whats left for Law after Wano, if he goes his own way? He knows he cant get One Piece, there are still 2 yonko out there and the marines are on the move, and the remaining crew of one of the yonko he just helped take down (Katakuri and co) would also decimate his if he challenged them. I dont see a role for him other than continue accompanying Luffy. I see a role for Kidd, mimick Shiki by trying to gather a huge fleet and oppose Luffy (but even that is questionable now with his cautious aproach due to Apoos and Hawkins betrayal).

Death is something i didnt consider, and it might just be the solution for a post Wano roleless Law, but Luffy is not letting anyone die again, that is something Law can forget about the moment they became friends.
And i agree hes not really a SH, and he wont follow them around in his submarine with his 20 men strong irrelevant fodder crew (atleast i think and hope so), which is why i struggle to find a place for him. He seems like hed be the least of a missfit on the Sunny. How would you react if your favourite character was neg diffed by a bunch of trees or hiding on the ship while his nakamas are fighting? Or if another random animal human joins in their adventures and then is a lot more useful in battles than the teddy bear?
