Can someone explain to me why Zoro's and Sanji's bounty are barely above 1 billion? Zoro defeated someone who was close to 1.5 billion (if WG knew that he was a Lunarian) and Sanji defeated someone with 1.3 billion who was part of the MAD scientists. It doesn't make remotely sense.

Jinbe's is also weird, considering his previous bounty was far less than before (his previous bounty already surpassed his frozen one), why did he get a +1 billion bounty like that, very close to Zoro's? He beat up an opponent whom was viewed inferior to Jinbe anyway, according to the CP0 agents. And if it's about him being a former warlord - again, his frozen bounty was already surpassed - being a Yonko's subordinate, people forget that he was also Big Mom's subordinate as well! But his bounty wasn't that high.

I feel like Oda's just tossing random numbers now. I'm not satisfied with the bounty reveal tbh.

Zoro and Sanji's bounties don't surprise me.

In the bounty specultion thread, I said Zoro and Sanji might be bounties lower than King's and Queen's. Actually, I even compared Zoro and Sanji with Marco to say they might have bounties lower than Marco.

My thoughts were even though Zoro and Sanji defeated King and Queen respectively, they don't represent the same threat.
King burned down cities with his fire and Queen surely destroyed countries with his plagues; And Marco has decades of piracy behind him.

So Zoro and Sanji did defeat King and Queen, but they don't represent the same threat. They don't destroy cities casually like King and Queen.
And inherently, it has never been proved someone gets bounty higher than the dude he defeated :

- Luffy got 100 mil after defeating Crocodile but Crocodile's 80 mil was a frozen bounty which didn't represent his true threat level
- Luffy got 400 mil after defeating Moria, except actually, this bounty takes into account the Impel Down breakout and Marineford War.
- Luffy got 500 mil after defeating Doflamingo but again, it was a frozen bounty

- Zoro got 60 mil after defeating Daz Bones who has a bounty of 75mil
- Zoro got 320 mil after defeating Pica but Pica's bounty was frozen.

We have to take into account that Marines and WG don't have the same info we readers have.

For instance, there were the Marys to give some infos but it never showed in the manga the CP0 agents got all the info like who defeated King and Queen.

Dragon's been actively working to overthrow the WG—I'll say it again the WG, not just the marines—for about two decades now. They're always fighting the WG. Declaring an all-out war is a completely different concept altogether. It's not like Mihawk was fighting wars against the marines. He was probably scaring the shit out of marines that he encountered on his journey or something, which is no different from what he was doing with pirates when he was a Shichibukai. The Yonko attacked the marines too. Kaido's entire track record involves him attacking and destroying marines for fun.

Mihawk's been a Shichibukai for years, meaning he hasn't done anything outrageous for years now. Still, he's got a bounty bigger than the people who're actively trying to rule over the world or destroy world peace. Mihawk doesn't do any of that. Also, you don't get bounty raises in billions for attacking fodders, so Mihawk must be doing outrageous things to scare the marines to this degree.

I kinda agree,thing is we don't know what he has done in two years so oda could have something in play for him that got him higher.In the end it could just be a cross guild thing or being with mihawk or anything at this point.Personally i am hyped for him he has always been a personal fav of mine.

If the leaks are true, whoever reported their feats to the WG is stupid af. Thats why Luffy has the same bounty as Kidd and Law. I wouldnt worry too much about it, Oda is messing with the readers.

Bullshit head-canon, they've been actively trying to bring down World Government for decades now.

stop it man they just declared war, the second they do that sabp is the flame emperor.

Influence far underneath that of a Yonko crew over decades.

-Territory far underneath literal nations and countries Yonkos took under their wing across the decades. Cross Guild was literally formed yesterday.

-Armies far smaller than a Yonkos, usually speaking. Big Mom has literal countries under her and at her beck and call. Her forces crowd the entirety of WCI and are spread even further than that. Kaido has insane presence in Black Market.

This doesn’t mean anything strength wise unless you’d apply it with kidd for being a new gen pirate and only a couple off shanks bounty.


His threat level is high due to cross guild, I already said he’s top tier just on the weaker side with his feats and interaction in the story

in truth the WG put a bounty equal to 3 SNs to hide the true nature of luffy otherwise he would already have a bounty much higher than roger and dragon

Well, it was heavily implied during Alabasta that Crocodile is already awakened, so perhaps during the Timeskip he acquired haki, and actually became much stronger. That's what I am hoping, as I always thought he had massive potential as a character.

Like did he defeat someone ? Otherwise how the Marine will know about his new level.
