Have to disagree here fam, Sanji's Soru and Geppo utilize the technique of performing sequential steps at an extreme speed, as I'm sure you're aware of. The RS boosters clearly don't enhance that, they simply replace it. Moreover, Sanji is perhaps the most acrobatic fighter in the manga, performing complex Taekwondo/Capoeira movements. Giving him boosters that propel him only in two dimensions(moving the leg forward) is a significant nerf. Both fighting-wise and aesthetically.
Which, you have to admit, is garbage-tier writing. Oda put in that scene just to try to justify Sanji's use of the RS. Up until that scene, and ever since that scene, how many Yonko crew members have we seen use Geppo?
Bro, base Sanji dodged an attack from a Yonko's First Commander who was using future sight. He then blitzed a Veteran and left him oblivious as to what happened. Ever since Sanji's introduction he's been portrayed as the speedster of the crew. Oda could just logically and seamlessly make Sanji keep growing in speed. Not a single soul could complain, even the haters.

They actually dont nerf Sanji at all. Not even his family spams the boosters, his fighting style doesnt actually change with these additions.
Sanji says aerial combat is his speciality and the suit assists with that. Especially the floatation devices. The boosters give a quick forward boost and like we saw with Judge, they give extra AP to frontal kicks. But that's really it lol, sanji still has to rely on sky walk. Using skywalk in union with the boosters will push Sanji at speeds he's never reached on his own as well.
Hence why I said it enhances what he already has.
We've only mostly seen the marinss use it. Our first time actually encountering a Yonko crew was in the last arc. Isnt garbage tier writing at all lol, geppo ain't a special rare technique. I'm not surprised a good handful of people know how to do it lol.
Make Sanji grow in speed how? Sanji would have to be constantly undergoing physical training to boost his leg muscles enough to increase his speed. Sanji doesnt have Luffy level of growth, that just wont happen. Not even Luffy grows in speed after his fights lol.

Besides, the only relevant level of speed that puts you above everyone is lightspeed. Everyone relies on CoO to react to things that are faster than they are.
Sanji isnt moving ftl, so I dont think Oda is concerned with the boosting speed thing really. The boosters or skywalk wont change the fact that people are going to react or be able to block Sanji moving at quick speed. Because that's what the strong characters are gonna be capable of doing with their level of CoO lol

The bolded is simly impossible. Sky Walk/Geppo directly contradicts the use of boosters. For Sanji to naturally move forward he has to step on the ground(soru) or the air(geppo). How can he make the step when the booster is on?? The booster continuously propel his leg forward. And the technique even requires ten sequential steps in an instant. Which means the boosters replace the technique, not enhance it.
Why haven't we seen more people use it, though, if it isn't that special? It's a very useful ability. Oda has failed in making it not so special. You don't get away with using one single scene to eliminate the specialty of soru/geppo for the whole story, while simultanously never make characters use it. And if it's not that special and characters don't need to use Soru/Geppo, then why would Sanji need to anymore?
That's literally what Sanji did for two years during the TS and for a decade under Zeff. Oda said(through Zoro) that the SH improve continuously as the story progresses, as they advance from island to island. Oda could've easily written it so that Sanji came out of the time-skip at a speed where he wouldn't need a booster, or that his speed improve as the SH journey through the New World and fight opponents. Or he could've just omitted the speed boost in the RS, and have Sanji simply be fast without being Kizaru-level fast. He'd go far with his speed, no need to add a booster. Point is, Oda improving upon the speed would come very natural to a character like Sanji. Easily could've avoided the RS boost.

If the circumstance calls for invisibility feature to be stealthy or a durability boost against heavy hitting opponents etc. he will throw it on.
He could have threw it on to save momo, he didnt. He relied on his own skywalk and even used CoA to protect Nami lol
