Tashigi is stronger than Coby+Helmeppo and you seem to believe that Helmeppo is going to give Zoro a fight, so Smoker and Tashigi vs Zoro is fine. Also you didn't forget that Smoker clapped the number 4 in the stampede movie while Zoro was 1v1 against Fujitora, right? Just making sure.

Makes sense. Zoro is similar to Luffy in that respect, they dont react to females in a romantic way.

Oda mentioned there won't be any romance in One Piece, so we will probably see Zoro's wife in the epilogue of the story, not before that.
