Game Syle;
  • Traditional Setup - This game will prominently feature an uninformed majority against an informed minority.
  • Semi-Closed Setup - The list of characters potentially present in the game is public. However, no other information about the setup of this game will be revealed in the game thread until the game has ended.
  • Closed Communication - Once this game has started, players will not be allowed to discuss it outside of the game thread or during Night phases, except as specifically dictated in individual Role PMs.
  • Claiming - This game is both flavor and role claim restricted, meaning, talking about your role in any shape, way, or form will get you mod killed. If you say something along the lines "I can't say because I will be mod killed." Then you will be mod killed. Play well and victory shall be yours.
  • Day Start - This game will begin with a Day phase. Day 1 will exceptionally last 48 hours..
  • Plurality Lynch - The player with the most votes at the end of the Day phase will get lynched. In the event of a tie, one of the tied players will get lynched at random. No-lynch is an option.
  • Quasi-Dusk - In this game, each Day phase will officially end as soon as the 48/24 hours deadline is reached. A Dusk phase will not be officially recognized, and players may continue discussing in the game thread until the next Night phase begins, however, day actions and voting sent after the Day phase has ended but before the next Night phase has begun will be ignored.
  • Phase Length - The game is divided into cycles. Each cycle consists of 2 phases, a day phase, and a night phase. Each phase will last 24 hours, with the exception of D1. If you do not post or send an action within the time limit, I reserve the right to replace you.
  • Angle-Shooting - No angle-shooting (using technical loopholes resulting from my lack of clarity to gain an advantage, trying to get someone to break rules, etc).
Rules;
  • Do not, under any circumstances, reveal any information to any player regarding this game if you are no longer alive.
  • Do not quote Private Messages from me; paraphrase. And no, replacing second-person pronouns with first-person pronouns does not count as paraphrasing.
  • Do not edit your posts; double post if necessary. I will mod-kill any player that edits a post. Take this as your only warning.
  • You must post at least 5 times per day phase. Failure to comply will result in a warning and a mod-block at the first offense. A second failure will result in a forced substitution or mod-kill. If you think you might not be able to meet the requirement at any given phase, let me know in advance and you will not be affected by the repercussions. Note that posts made for the sole purpose of meeting this requirement will not be considered.
  • Vote towards a lynch by typing Vote lynch <name>, where <name> is the name of the player you are voting for. You do not need to type Unvote, or [Change] alongside a newer vote. I will always accept votes even with the wrong format.
  • If you believe that I have made a mistake, please address the issue with me via Private message. Save any other comments after the game. Yours truly, Noctis.
  • The roles spread randomly among the players.

THE TIME HAS COME

Humans are considered on top of the food chain... But there are beings who hunt them and their own species as a food source and to get strong. These are the monsters who hunt down the dead flesh of humans. They're called... GHOULS.

When you turned on the TV, the news about Ghouls was incessant. And people, panicked by this threat they could not see, kept repeating the word “Ghoul,” too. People of Anteiku and their allies have been living in peace, staying away, avoiding conflicts that could rise a war between different wards, against Aogiri Tree, the Ghoul organization dedicated to terrorizing CCG investigators, but ghouls who oppose them aren't an exception to that. It was impossible to get a full picture of these Ghoul organizations. Therefore, Achieving peace was a continuous journey for Anteiku to live in a world where both kinds must learn to coexist with each other to create a better place. But if the desires of peace were unsound, then one who believes in them will be considered as unsound too, this is the world where all conflicts were resolved by power, It was simple, no matter how you put it.

Finally, everyone coming in terms with the disasters and were ready to dominate those who oppose them for absolute rule. Everyone was preparing to fight for what they believe and before the fighting began, everyone was aware of the incoming danger or not? Regardless they’re a wonderfully wicked and terrifying field of evil flora, demonic darkness making its nest in Tokyo.

Meanwhile, the same night, in some random alleyway, a voice was heard. Troublesome person lumbered around the alley. Kicking trashcans. He obviously thought he was safe in the territory of another ghoul, but he was just being childish. A woman was there, as well, hiding in the shadows and took a sniff of the air. Her mouth curled into a mocking smile, triumphant now that she had found a prey for herself, the smile on her face was malicious with no regard of mercy. He was definitely a ghoul. He could cause major trouble for her if she let him live.

Someone on the same night went down to the darker paths and the shadier parts of town without knowing what ahead of him. Someone unknown to him suddenly appeared behind him to his delight. He looked back smiling, but that smile soon faded and turn into an expression of shock and horror when that person kagune slowly crept out, and before his eye could even register the identity of the person they took a bite out of his neck. The poor boy stumbled back and quickly tried to run away but it was already too late the sight of the boy was all bloody and the Ghoul pierced through him with their kagune, killing him,

With that Noctis was found dead in the ward twenty. His role was;

- [Passive - Answers] You're here to help everyone if there's trouble. You'll answer anyone's question related to this game if someone asks.

- [Active - Dead Chat] It feels lonely when there is no one to talk with you, right? Have a chat with the dead players and spectators to fulfill their enjoyment.

- [Active - All-Seeing Eyes] You're here to run the game, you know the roles of everyone and has a job to control the game and avoid chaos. You'll reveal the Role PM of any deaths, control the vote counts and watch those funny little people throwing words.

- [Active - Replacement] You didn't really want to be want to do this, but desperate times call for desperate measures, and this world is nothing if not desperate. Whenever anyone that failed to meet the posting requirement at any given time. You have the ability to replace them.

- [Active - Subs] You have the ability to prepare for the upcoming drops that are going to happen at any time of the game and change Role PMs of those who requested to drop their show.

- [Active - Mod Kill] You have the ability to end the life of any player who disrupts the balance of the game and does not follow the rules.

Best of luck folks

Write-up wise it appears that the host was killed by a Ghoul, which seems to be related with Mafia by write-up portrayal.

Interesting how the host's character is dead and yet the game is apparently still running normally cycles wise, despite his character was implied as the host.
