Chap tommorow.....what fight yall think it is.

Camera man vs Slimoto

Yotsumaru vs Shishiba
I'd rather see Yotsu v Shishiba. Camera guy will probably be at the end, since he's got some info to divulge.

Curious to hear about the mission that Yotsu fucked up and why he killed his wife. Plus, I just like his weapon

Are you a fan of Sakamoto days too? What do you think of the manga?
Yeah! I got caught up a few weeks ago. It's great!
Hi everyone! I caught up a few weeks ago and really like this series! My favs are Osaragi, Nagumo, Shishiba, Papa Takamura, Sakamoto, Natsuki, and Akira. I thought Shin was kind of boring, personality-wise, but he's growing on me. I also like Heisuke and Lu-- I just hope they stay relevant since Saka adds every new character to the family haha.

Questions:
  1. What is Gaku's power? Is it just super strength? Like he punches holes in people so do you think he's a modified human? And why is he so worried about the bathroom? :suresure:
  2. Why didn't Sakamoto use a fake name when they went to JCC?
  3. Is Kashima a furry? Y/N
What I like about this series is the mix of humor and cool assassin battles, but it still feels almost wholesome. The meta-jokes with Toramaru and her "fandom" cracked me up-- I think the current arc is my favorite so far.

Another fire panel, Suzuki is so great at this

10/10 chapter
Loved this backstory, even though it was expected that Yotsumura had to kill her for a good reason

And young Shishiba is a Slim Sakamoto clone lol
This chapter was just amazing, heartbreaking and badass af.

- Finally we know why Shishiba uses small hammers. His explanation makes a lot of sense and sure.....hammers dont need sharpening.
- Yotsumaru is confirmed No.2 in The Order. Still probably weaker than Prime Sakamoto but he probably kept his position due to experience
- The leader of the JAA and Order (im assuming) got dropped a few times.

- And finally with this flashback. I had a feeling that his wife could possibly be evil, but I felt like Suzuki wouldnt go through with something like that. But not only did he go through with it....he made it worse lmao.
- Shino really was playing a real life Assassin x Family here. How evil could you be to do such a thing. Really goes to show how far these assassins take their missions.

Overall really great backstory. Probably the best in the series.

Also loved the Chief of JAA shout outs. Not long before we see them ig.

As for Yotsumura being the number 2, I see it a few ways:
a) second in strength, Chief is first
b) second in command, i.e. the most trusted guy for the chief
c) second in seniority, been there since the JAA was established

Either way, his strength and skills are undeniable.

Im thinking he got his position before Sakamoto joined. Then kept it because Sakamoto was young and didnt have as much experience or trust.

But yh I cant wait to see the Chief. Dude will probably be a monster.

I'm holding out hope that it's a woman, since, so far, the women fighters have been bad ass and not only fanservice

But that's just a minor wish of mine

Btw Yotsumaru's final lines in the chapter is a callback to Shino's line.

Shino: "I'm a pro too".

Yotsumaru: "When a pro moves, you don't see it coming".

Indirectly calling her out as a fraud lol.
Eh I don't think that's necessarily the case since he just schools her based on the line from the prior page (where she says she'll slice Amane's throat if Yotsumura moves)

Great chapter, amazing backstory

Feeling bad for Yotsomura. He married the worst woman possible for him. I love the interactions bwtween Shishiba and Yotsomura, they had such a deep bond. I am not sure who to root for in this fight anymore.
The conclussion is bound to be heart wrenching for sure, whoever ends up winning.
Ways things are going im thinking Shishiba is gonna win with Amane never getting a chance to say sorry to his dad. Im also thinking Shishiba will break the news to Amane about his dad and eventually have him as his future apprentice.

But yh I dont see Shishiba losing anymore. The narrative is leading to Shishiba looking after Yotsumaru's family after he goes. And the only way he can have an emotional death is with Shishiba ending it for him. Plus im assuming this will lead to some character development for Shishiba as well and making him a more caring person in general.
