Speculations I think the "final order" of antagonists is reasonable to consider when you think about Luffy and Zoro's matchups together

It's simple. If he a swordsman and he zoros admiral fight he not doing more than a clash with luffy.
Luffy had 0 interaction with kizaru on sabaody less than Brook or even ussop.
And of all the admirals luffy has met he's the one by far luffy has interacted with the least.
That's not his fruits speed tho is it. It's his swordsmanship

If Kizaru happens to be the main boss of EGG Head, then there is no doubt he's fighting Luffy—unless Luffy gets gangbanged by the Seraphim, which is extremely unlikely. It's undeniable that there were hints of Zoro's possible match-up with Kizaru in the past. But everyone thought this would happen in the final war with some other admiral being Luffy's admiral opponent before BB. But Oda has his own plans. Zoro is not ready for Kizaru, so it has to be Luffy if Kizaru's defeat is happening before Blackbeard's fight.
Kizaru is always widely accepted as a DF-based fighter who's also skilled at using a sword. Most people even within the Zoro community don't consider him a swordsman.

I can see Luffy escaping them without issues while fending off their attacks. They're not even concerned about attacking Luffy, so Luffy may even ignore Luffy and go after the original VP. Also, since the SHs are already watching them, Sanji and others may come out to rescue Luffy. Zoro is not beating Kizaru before Shiryu; that's ridiculous in all honesty. Even if Zoro happens to cross paths with Kizaru, the most you can expect is a brief clash. Zoro is only getting top-tier opponents after Shiryu. Let's not make this another ZKK.
