Well put, you've done it in a way that leaves no semantic loopholes that can be exploited unfortunately as a fan of sanji I have to admit this is true that Zoro is the leader/king of the underworld in which ifrit (sanji) is just his lackey.

Ifrit isn't from Hell
Ifrit is a Jinn mentioned in Islam
Jinn are described to be Demonic-Looking & made of Flames, but they are simply Creatures with Free Will who cannot be seen by Humans
Sanji having Flame Powers, being Invisible Germa & his reliance on Speed are all references to Ifrit
Hell is completely unrelated to Ifrit or Jinn in General

However, what we can say instead is that Hellfire is Superior than Flame of Jinns, as they cannot withstand it at all
So i don't think their Epithets indicate that Zoro is Sanji's King, but what we can say that Zoro's Flame or/and Flame Cutting Technique are Superior than Sanji's Flames

So first it was speed, then it was CoO, now it's flames? Goat was right, now all you guys seem to be missing is Zoro kicks vs Sanji kicks. Character specializations are a thing for a reason. Sanji was trained in swords, and can use knives pretty damn well as was shown in that one fight, but you don't see us trying to say he's a better swordsman or on par. Let characters shine with their own traits.
