So as expected, Carrot's still with the straw hats after landing and has been split into a sub group with the crew. Wanda has totally vanished and is...yet again... nowhere to be seen.

Carrot even being included in the shenanigans, with the same lively energy that Jinbe talks about the rest of the crew having, despite the tense situation.

That's nothing major of course, but it's funny how well she fits into the crew. Now with most of the extras removed, Oda can focus on crew, meaning Carrot is gonna get a lot more attention.

All the straw hats and Carrot had dialogue and interactions in the chapter. Shinobu's ugly face made one appearance in the background of one of their panels, without saying a word.

She's a ninja so she's likely gonna play some sort of scout role. Maybe even acting as an opportunity for Carrot to outshine her in doing so. Either way, in this chapter she was certainly treated like a tag along, unlike Carrot.

The point is, she is not alone with the strawhats, she is with shinobu, someone who is really unlikely to join, so it negates the effect of her being with the strawhats. 🤷‍♂️

No one said she was "alone with the strawhats" though... Seems like you were primed to respond, regardless of what anyone said, lol. She's with a group of the straw hats and Shinobu. My point being:

Nah, I just found it interesting that you quoted my response despite it having no relevance to what I was actually saying. You replied so quickly, in under 2 minutes which made it seem to me like you were just waiting for someone to say something like "Only Carrot's with the straw hats, that means she's gonna join the crew!". Hence why you responded that Shinobu was also there, to shut down that argument, despite that not being what I was actually saying at all, lol.

I repeat, my point was that Carrot is now in a group almost entirely made up of the straw hats, meaning she's gonna get more focus in the near future. In addition to that, she fitted into the crew dynamics in the chapter. Shinobu also being there is meaningless to what I was saying. Unless you want to argue that she too will get more focus, in which case I wonder what that has to do with Carrot?

I agree that Carrot will join soon, also according to the Volumes, she important to the arc.

I wouldn't be so sure, she might turn out to be a rabbit version of Vivi. She surely will have an important role in the plot, but she has too much of a bland personality to actually join, no?

Well, she's actually quite different from the other two girls on the ship. She's always super eager to go adventuring, she loves to fight and she's very innocent compared to Nami and Robin, which does make a contrast with her battle prowesses.

Since Jinbe is 10, could very well be that thats about it. But i cant say for sure, since i dont know if the ships and Vivi had different numbers in the past

if you remember the chapter Brook officially joined the SHs, the chapter was called something like the 8th SHs so Jinbei is number 9 so at least one more left!
