Wanting and going to be are different things... it felt like this chapter gives evidence to her not willing to just switch sides... though it depends as pageone also says things that make Ulti a fad chaser.

The thing is Kaido’s crew is gonna fall so there are three options
1- get captured by marines.
2- those siblings escape after the fall of the BP.
3- join a crew from our side.

There’s nothing to hint she and her brother are joining any crew, but simply a speculation from my part.

I follow the logic that Luffy is the leader, therefore isnt the first Crewmate. You can't be a crew of just one.

Same here I don’t count Luffy as a crew member as well that’s why a 10th member is needed.

I believe the total crew will be 13 (luffy included). In wano most likely we get 2 new crew (jinbe and someone else). If we lucky we'll get 3.

It's not lack of panel for the 12th member

But for the 11th member it may suffer from lack of panel in wano arc if he/she didn't show up/get the attention. Let's just see. The war and battle isn't started yet though

Why don't anyone suggest gyukimaru/onimaru as next crew? He can be zoro's retainer/pet

wow awesome thinking....the guy was left alone for decades too without Master....I dont want him to be Zoro's pet but he is like Mythical creature itself, and would be good Match for Catarina Devon's 9 tailed fox....but of course the main problem is he is weak and SHs dont need weak members anymore... but yeah I want him in SHs but surely someone very strong too to join, not just pet fox ... Gyuki's story is quite interesting, how is he able to turn Human is mystery

"A former enemy will join Luffy" was a statement made like before Impel down lol. It was about the Impel Down team escaping and going to Marineford, that's all. People got waaaaaay too hung up on that.
