It'd probably be yet another parallel for the two D. clans, the good one and the bad one, like we had the Kozukis and the Kurozumis in Wano. Elbaf will have the pro-change faction, whom Saul would've joined (and maybe even influenced via his experiences around the world and via Ohara's library) and the tyrannical faction led by Loki, which will also function as opponents for the SHs.

This is a chapter of unnecessary power usage.

Luffy and Zoro unlocking Lucci and Kaku when they didn't even try to use CoC on the Seraphim, then blasting the clone kids out the lab.

Shanks having Giants pull up to fight Kid.

Oda doesn't give a fuck about our power scaling, and chapters like this make it really obvious.
