Doc was by himself, theory is that he could have unlocked it for his accomplice, then they betrayed him & killed him after letting him in.

Well, how did Rosa lock the door then ? She cannot use Genji's key. The doctor has no key either.

Locking the door is one of the main issues I already came up with, unless she didn’t leave the guesthouse. But if she didn’t leave, Idk who killed Jessica.
