After Bell-mere, Tashigi is one of my favorite Marines (I also like Hina, Tsuru, Isuka, Momousgi).

I think Tashigi is unfairly undervalued by fans because she is considered weak, but I think that is a mistake. Tashigi won't be at the top of the powerful marines, but she's still strong and can put up a decent battle. But I like Tashigi more for her personality and sense of justice. She is kind, persevering, and fair. Plus she's also loyal to Smoker, who is my favorite marine in the manga.

Want to gather some thoughts for this question -- Which Tashigi design do you prefer? Pre-timeskip or Post-timeskip?

I find myself liking something from both. Pre-timeskip she had this tomboyish/modest flair. The winter jacket she sports is iconic on her, too.

While Post-timeskip she's more feminine but stands out by not looking as much like Kuina and her hair styled like a topknot, complimenting her samurai nature. The marine coat over the shoulders is also an amazing look that can't go wrong.

I like Tashigi post timeskip design better because she does not look like Kuina anymore and anime characters defying gravity with their cloths is cool. Pink goes well with Tashigi and she still a stands out design wise by not being a Nami or Robin clone.

Tashigi's postskip appearance is certainely an improvement over her preskip one with her ressemblance with Kuina being toned down and I like this kind of japanese hairstyle.
