Zoro's final fight is going to be a subordinate to luffy's final fight. If mihawk joins them then i guess but doubt it

Zoro doesn't need to beat mihawk to surpass mihawk

It doesn't really matter unless Shanks has at least some bruises. It would mean Shanks was going easy while being untouchable, until deciding to end Kidd's career.

If Shanks is fresh in that chapter, the L is just as big.

What are traditional techniques? King didn't talk about traditional techniques but styles, e.g. not limiting himself to swordsmanship. And King is a mediocre swordsman with a wide range of advanced abilities, while Shanks has no DF or special genes, being known as a top class swordsman and Mihawk's rival. Now why would Shanks suddenly change "styles", with his style apparently still being performed with his beloved blade that has a long history of battles? What's different now? Now that Shanks uses "air bars" instead of slashes, he isn't a swordsman anymore?
