We all have our biases. And I understand the sentiment of punishing those who make up lies. It's just incredibly difficult to come up with a way to do that. There might be a guy that gets away with doing so and then what? do we punish the innocent girl that lost the case? I'd rather have a criminal in the streets than an innocent person in jail.
I think the world shifts in the direction where it will be difficult for such crimes to occur, and cameras sooner or later be everywhere.
Although I think schools should also implement some lessons for young girls/boys to learn about the dangers of their actions.
From what I see about America, parents there are often terrible and the kids basically grow up around neighborhoods.
Black, White, Latino, and you name it. If you are not growing up in a proper house you are pretty much on your own.
It's easy to bait young girls and boys into some dark shit.
I can't stress enough how much time I put into teaching my brothers how to behave and be careful outside our house.
As for the innocent girls, I might be biased, but I think in this day and age as much as bullshitters have it easier as much people who are really innocent have a chance to prove their rights. + If the girl seeks help long enough you can get the docs to help and also prove it.
This is getting nowhere probably. Different situations, different opinions I guess.
