Yeah I can't believe are actually debating this lol. Oda has shown time and time again he does not give two shits about Power Levels or portrayal, that stuff is just implied. Hell he'd have Whitebeard knocked out by a Buggy attack if it lead to some comedic moment or new portrayal of an attack. It's one of the reasons I don't participate in battle arenas and I think it's pointless to have them for One Piece. Luffy is up and fine by the end of the chapter which is all you need to take away from that encounter.

Because Apoo is fodder and not worth FS. But you never know when they have hax DF's. He'd make the same mistake aganst Sugar and Perona if unaware about their powers.

He didn't "need" medical attention, he was given one anyways. Are you telling me Zoro would have died if he didn't receive 'medical attention"? Is Hiyori a doctor and can perform life saving surgeries? What are you basing that on?

This is called needing medical attention

Getting stabbed on top of eating poisonous food for days (one bite of which nearly killed Beppo) took a toll on Zoro and he passed out for few hours. Few hits from Apoo had Luffy decapitated
