Oda added lightheartedness in these interactions to not bring too much story driven focus on them, but I'm pretty sure if One Piece was a romance manga it'd have been otherwise.

Oda loves making gags becoming true in his manga, so I'm very optimistic about a more direct "I love you too" from Nami to Sanji by EOS.

I have a lot of memorable Sanji panels in mind, but that one indeed is amazing!

Sanji's smile as he leaves SH and says "tell Luffy I said hi" is so heartbreaking...

Mr.Prince and "burned to crisp by Enel" panels are so badass

And let's not forget the derpy face that even ended up an emoji on this forum!

Really, Sanji has such a wide range of expressions and moments, I appreciate him for that. Feels really human compared to you-know-who!
