Oda remembering Tashigi lately, love to see it! Hope he finally makes her shine as shes deserved for a LONG time! At least Pirate Warriors makes her look amazing!
Given the lore we got on Shimotsukis and Zoro now too, even though it was outside Wano ironically and in an SBS, I have a slim hope again that Oda will finally touch on why Kuina and Tashigi are identical.
15 other people spread out from the ones who left Wano and didn't settle at Shimotsuki village where Zoro was right? They went elsewhere?
Oda is definitely cooking something huge here.
I just wish Kiri could be around this see this, only mere months after we lost her too sigh.

Koby, Tashigi, and Helmeppo clearly represent the new generation.
I wish Emily was there to see it too. I like the fact that the anime reanimated the Tashigi and Kitetsu scene. She is treated with absolute love in the party manga if you want more of her.
Emily and I used to discuss how that match up makes perfect sense. In a way. Shiryu is exactly how Tashigi thought Zoro would be.
He is a bloodthirsty psychopath who uses his sword to kill other people for the fun of it. He is deceitful with no honor and loves attacking his opponents off guard.
The fact that he acquired the Invisible fruit is consistent with his backstabbing and treasonous personality. There is no doubt that he is gonna use it to take a cheap shot at Garp while he is fighting Aokiji. Tashigi would despise this kind of act, and I hope this builds up a final confrontation between them especially since he used to be on the side of the WG. That whole conflict with Koby seems to be about the Marines having to make a decision where they will chose their justice and future. There is a clear emphasis on the new generation taking shape.
