There's never really any comparison made by the Raikage about Naruto and Minato, nothing direct anyway, and at best anything that was said is just about speed.

And that second one means nothing, it's not a statement of power or anything of the sorts, unlike Fukasaku verbatim saying "he has surpassed his predecessors" with a giant image of Minato and Jiraiya lol.

Ok so i'll preface this by saying that it's been a while since i read Naruto and i've never really debated Powerlevels of it online. So correct me if i'm wrong but wasn't Fukasaku's statement there specifically about Sage Mode though?

And reg. the Raikage scene, didn't he think of Minato as one of the greatest shinobi that he's seen alive and only allowed Naruto to go to the War when he could show that he was minimum at Minato's level?

Proof of it referring to Sage Mode? Doesn't even make any sense since Minato's usage of Sage Mode is at the minimum equal to Naruto's and arguably superior given that he just blinks and activates it like a master.

We then see KCM Naruto being comparable to Minato in the opinion of Raikage.

We then see Kakashi seeing Minato in KCM2 Naruto.

We also see Kakashi seeing Minato in Naruto with his wind rasengan. With his kcm1 from Tsunade, Kcm2 with Kakashi at war, we then see Kurama saying that Minato is batter and then we also see the same Kurama saying Naruto surpassed Kushina and Minato bla bla bla.

All those instances were talking about overall power, but a specific field. Yet, Kishimito in the 4th databook still calls Minato as the fastest shinobi even though Naruto had Kcm full power.

It's literally stated that he sucks at it coz he can't maintain it long. And J-man's SM wasn't perfect while Naruto can do both and hence the surpassed remark. SM Naruto can't hold a candle against Minato.

Raikage that he thought no one could defeat Minato, but when he heard he died he was disappointed. Then Naruto told him he didnt die, that Minato paassed him the duties of the prophecy child and bla bla bla, then Naruto dodged Raikage at full power, till date dodged only by Minato so then he let him pass only because he thought Minato indeed trusted in Naruto. Minato just talked about the weakness for Sage Mode, at war his Sage mode indeed was useless as he cant maintain it as Naruto or Hashirama. Naruto when he achieved his perfect sage mode, he could keep it for 5 minutes. So I guess Minato can also do that as Naruto did it barely after he achieved it. Yet, Minato will need to stay still just as Naruto for those 5 minutes which was the main problem against Pain.

Are you saying that Naruto can use the red barrier? Stop the Juubi Bomb as Minato? Take away the gudoumas from Madara with teamwork as Minato?

Naruto has more raw ppwer for sure, even Madara or Hashirama has more raw power, heck, Naruto even had more power than Itachi yet it was thanks to itachi they dedeated Nagato.

We also saw Minato being able to tame Kurama as he also could use Kcm. Even Yang Kurama was surprised yet still expecting it when he told Naruto, that Minato was better.

Talking about taking things out of context and you are using Pa words out of context.

No proof of this at all, the two situations aren't even comparable as Minato needed to activate Sage Mode with little preparation against Madara, whereas Naruto had plenty of time to prepare and gather Nature Energy before he fought Pain.
