-Big Mom Pirates do not enter Wano for an entire week after Big Mom and Kaido agree to make an alliance because of zero reason. Despite having a transponder snail on their ship, proven on Dressrosa.

-Big Mom Pirates try to climb the water fall even though there's a secret entrance and them entering Wano is under Kaido's schedule.

At first I really thought the spoiler providers were lying. I can't believe Oda is actually this braindead. I can only hope chapter comes out and proves me wrong.

Yeah just wait, there will likely be some dialogue explaining why. It's weird though still

Out of interest bud, what's your opinion on the portrayal of the Big mom pirates in this chapter ?

Obvious plot contrivance is obvious. There is literally 0 reason for them to wait a week before climbing the waterfall, or not using the other entrance. It’s very obvious imo that this is not a power scaling moment in Oda’s mind, but a convenient way to delay the BMP’s arrival in Onigashima while also getting the fans excited.

It also kinda reminds me of the Buster Call that was described as the stuff of legends and nightmares during W7 and the beggining of Enies Lobby arc, only for it to be completely ridiculed by Spandam summoning it with an utterly stupid move of his, it blindly destroying Enies Lobby for nothing without even killing a single guy of the Franky Family thanks to a BS trick of Paulie. To add salt to the injury the VAs and really high-ranked marines did nothing to fight and stop the Straw Hats, the only persons the BC destroyed was one of its own ships thanks to Onigumo's order, and they were unable of stopping the Straw Hats and a wrecked Going Merry.

Indeed, it's a mind fuck right now. Like Queen for 1 week, the responsible of Udon didn't call them to see what happened after he left with BM ... nothing he is just dancing.
I strongly believe all this shits started since the new editor came. Eitheir he lets Oda to do whatever he wants, either he is fucking shit and gives stupid ideas. No wonder One Piece sales are droping ...

I think bm portrayal in wci made yonkos look objectively worse.

Wano's entrance isn't their card lmao, its literally the real entrance of Wano. Its how people usually enter it. Kaido isn't the only one who has it under his control, Orochi has it too. Before him, Yasuie and the same. Literally every Wano citizen knows about it.

If Yonko fans were to take a move out of the Admiral fans playbook, then we would say that the 5 Buster Call VAs are weak as shit because they did nothing and couldn’t react on time to stop the Merry

The point being Big Mom didn't contact them once throughout the week, nor did Kaido let them enter through the real entrance.

Instead, they're entering through the riskier entrance. Through which tons of ships have been destroyed.
