Admirals portrayal is on par with Emperors/Mihawk/Ray/Dragon.

Because he didnt care enough till now. Could it change in the future ? Maybe yes maybe no. Does it make sense ? In my eyes it doesnt.

If he wanted to portray Shiryu on the same level as the Admirals he could do it in MF, Hachinosu or some other scene.

The only thing he did was to give him a moment against his beloved old legeds but thats it, after that he focused entirely on Kuzan. We cant seriously put him on the same level as the other high top tier based on that.
