Speculations Elbaf is a physical, Lunarian "God" ruling over Giants.

I'm not lying. I maintain my position that Elbaf won't be an arc.

Elbaf is not Vegapunks intended destination. It's just the closest island from where they can escape Egghead. And just look at Usopp's/Luffy's line about going to Elbaf. They don't have any real purpose to go there. They never thought let's try to go there now. It just happen to be close to them.

No it is not hahaha.

They just dream to go there. No one gave a real purpose. They don't have to go there they just want to.

They had to go to Dressrosa because of the alliance they made with Law. The whole plan to beat Kaido started with beating Doflamingo and the SMILE factories. Then Wano it was part of the plan to. Not only the alliance with Law but also with Samurais they all met at Punk Hazard. Plus Luffy would need to go there for Red Poneglyphs anyway to reach Laugh Tale which is the main goal of their journey.

They had no purpose to go to Egghead. They just get there by lucky. It was random decided when the 3 Supernovas Captain left Wano. Law to Winner Island. Kid to Elbaf and Luffy to Egghead. Simple as that.
Never have I ever seen someone this down bad lying to themselves about what they are reading. This is actually hilarious.

"They had no purpose to go to Egghead" but apparently require purpose to go to Elbaf (even though there is lmao). You just make up rules to fit your weird agenda.

See how Oda spent 4 chapters in Fullalead fully showing the Island in its entirety? Probably means we arent going there. See how he continuously hides Elbaf under a veil of shadows or refuses to draw a double spread of it? It entirely means he intends to have Luffy and crew to go there.

The oddest thing is you also somehow think Luffy and Usopp's excitement for this location is just unfounded and for this one specific time in this story, they wont visit a place they want to go to.

What exactly I'm lying?

Dude just read the fucking last chapter "We've been dreaming of going there ever since! The island of giants!!". They just want to go there they don't have any real purpose.

Oda also showed Mariejoia. So we are not going there?

You are comparing Fullaled that things happened inside with Elbaf when things happened on the sea.

For me, Elbaf is a combination of Jack and the Magic Beans & Vikings
These people call themselves prideful warriors , it is unlikely that they will bow down to another race
As Big Mom claims, we are probably facing the strongest land...Maybe Loki is an idiot and normal people are stronger

More Skypeia callbacks huh?

Oda never showed Mariejois to full scope, no. He never shows the island from the front. He also never has drawn it in a doublespread.

And to provide a devils advocate approach, we may actually never go to Mariejois because:

1. Oda already spent 8 full chapters there without Luffy
2. Imu may end up destroying Mariejois or Fishman Island on his own.
3. Imu has an island sized, flying weapon, theres nothing suggesting he HAS to stay relegated to Mariejois anymore at this time it is possible the final fight occurs on this giant weapon (imo it is God Valley/Uranus)

And no bro, the fact that Oda had Shanks in a bar, walking on the island, and the fact that he gave Big Mom 2 FULL flashback chapters without so much as a double spread showing the island's features should tell you that we are absolutely going there.

Since when we need doublespread?

That's why yours arguments for going or not going to a certain island makes no sense. Mariejoia, the Treasure, Imu, Giant Strawhat. Everything points there to be the last arc of One Piece. True end gaming is not Laugh Tale but Mariejoia.

Imu destroying Mariejoia makes no sense. Nothing suggests that he can fly on Motherflame or even less live there.

I even forgot about Big Mom flashback. We saw enough of Elbaf already.

Again why we need a double spread?

You are getting hung up on the dumbest shit lmao. What I said for Mariejois was that he absolutely refuses to show it from the front, so you cannot see behind the castle (as if something is there, check panels, the castle is always at an angle).

But if you want to argue dumb shit, fine:

Oda's biggest trait and epitome for arc introductions is a huge "ta-da!" moment with islands. Here's every example since Skypiea so you can understand how silly you sound:

I cant answer for why he did not do one for Punk Hazard and Dressrosa (he did single page reveals), but the point still stands that Oda has NOT fully revealed Elbaf in any sort of wow moment or doublespread. He continuously hides the island behind a silhoutte.

He HAS done this for Fullalead, which is my point. No amount of coping is helping you here lmao, not when Oda is telling you to read with your eyes and expect us going to Elbaf.

Interesting idea
But I think the extent of god Elbaf will be that the ruler of Elbaf is strictly following the tenets of that god. So just a regular giant and no lunarian
My issue with this is we have no actual "spiritual" gods in one piece

- Enel
- The Serpent God that Shandorians worshipped
- Celestia Dragons
- Nika (which seems to be one of the 4 elemental gods mentioned by Shandora)

These are all real beings, so I question the idea that Elbaf isnt something physical (for now)

Don't get me wrong, I like your idea and reasoning for it.
I just don't believe it will go down that way. But I'll be happy if it does.

Then I would ask you why he didn't showed all those "TADA" doublespread locations from the backward too? You are the one bringing silly arguments to debate.

And thanks for proving my point. All those double spread panels were arcs that we were entering at the moment. You couldn't show one doublespread about an arc we didn't had right away.

Your point would be look the doublespread of this island that we didn't go with the protagonists. For example Ace vs Teach island.

Because quite literally didnt start the trend until Skypiea. When he introduced islands prior, they were single page "Don" panels. Example:

Think with your brain.

Dum dum, Banaro was never hidden behind a fucking silhoutte. Literally every time Elbaf is shown:

Literally compare to how he treated Banaro or Sphinx or Fullalead.

You cannot be this dense lmao

Off topic but damn, Drum Island sure is huge. Why can't Oda draw islands with large beautiful landscapes like these again?

Sanji will die in Elbaf and aqaken as Sanka, he will also awaken Lunarian genes and finds Odins spear Gungnir. Elbaf will have major development for Usopp too, he cal also eat a Giant DF and find Myolnir.

Keep proving my point. We only have doublespreads for islands that we are visiting right now. And as you said Punk Hazard and Dressrosa were exceptions. There is no doublespread for a island that we didn't visited so your argument for we to go to Elbaf because we didn't had a doublespread of it is already debunked.

Bro, you actually cannot read posts lol. In fact, i recall us having a similar discussion where you flipped the meaning of my posts on its head to try and claim an argument yours.

And for the record, you are wrong, even with your own bent ass backwards argument that has nothing to do with the conversation. Here is a full introductory double spread for an island we have never visited:

And if you want to be petty and include spreads that arent necessarily introduction doublespreads, here are multiple showing off an island we likely are never visiting:

Please, sit the fuck down now and stop talking.

Dude... That's the new Marineford. We have a fucking arc about it already...

And I'm not twisting your words. I'm just using it. You just realized you messed up your arguments and is now denying them.
