Luffy said "WE ARE 100x stronger", meaning that the SHs, in average, are 100x stronger than 2 years ago.

However, we both know that Luffy got the most progression among the SHs over that so Luffy is >100x stronger than 2 years ago.

Meaning, that Luffy > old Rayleigh if you use this shit to compare them.

Ohhh I thought I was intentional that Luffy said that. Ray was said to 100 stronger than Luffy back then and Luffy now says it to imply that now they are on the same level. To me that does not necessarily mean Kizaru>old ray=Luffy > Kaido. It only implies that they are in the same league now.

Yep. Law, Kidd, Luffy, Zoro - they all were meant to be comparable to each other, thus their role as rivals. But it changed when Luffy and Zoro got top tier mentors while Kidd sailed to the New World all on his own without preparation and got his ass whooped lots of times. In the middle of that he learned mediocre Haki and better DF control but that's it. Same as Law.

Luffy and Zoro came out stronger in the timeskip than them.
