Is this not you saying that Denjiro and Sasaki were fighting and Denjiro won with little effort?

Says who ? She is a bit naive, but there is nothing proving that she is stupid. Hell, so far, she has displayed far more shrewdness and intelligence than Kaido in the way she dealt with the SH on her territory.
And as for the above post, they managed to replicate the whole of Punk Hazard's stuff easily for Caesar to use. Ichiji was trolling them hard but truth been told, if the BMP had just stormed the kingdom and stole the blueprints, they would have succeeded in hijacking their technology. Plus I'm sure most of the scientists would have willingly swore themselves to BM to save their lives.

while your sentence seems to suggest that they were both engaged in combat or at least both were aware of each others intentions

yes thats a choice that kyoshiro made that will most likely back fire but what we got from their banter it seems that they have a freindly relationship kyoshiro understands Sasaki was forced to join kaido so he may not hate Sasaki like he has with kaidos og crew, so to me its not bad writing its character development for kyoshiro.

Remember that we haven't seen Denjiro interact or comment on the beast pirates with any kind of favor. He's been talking to them as kyoshiro in spy mode.
Sasaki says Kyoshiro liked his hair wig thing. How are we supposed to know that's true? That's kyoshiro, not Denjiro. What if Denjiro HATES the hair wig and was just pretending for years? How are we supposed to know they are actually close yet kyoshiro has on spoken to them when he's pretending to be on their side?
See all ththis would've worked if their was build up. Like showing Denjiro have anybkind of sympathy for beast pirates OUTSIDE of pretending to be kyoshiro. Instead we have Kyoshiro characterised as a guy who got SO ANGRY at the beast pirates, his face literally warped from it. And this is the guy I'm supposed to believe likes one of the beast pirates top men enough to risk the entire alliance like this?

Aside from the fact that Law HAS ACTUALLY SAID HE DOESN'T LIKE KILLING, We know that law has hundreds of methods of subduing people without killing them such as taking their hearts... And as do that wasn't even also fuckin war situation

Sasaki was a former pirate captain that was most likely defeated by kaido or the one of the calamities and then was asked to join or die, so there chance Sasaki wasn't part of kaidos crew when they took over or when oden died, so he may not have a grudge against Sasaki because he knows that only reason Sasaki is joined kaido is for survival and yes keeping him alive is stupid but Sasaki isnt just a pirate or random person that would do that his a samuria they have a code and honour, they wouldnt kill someone who hasnt dirctly done anything to harm them or who they love.
