Kizaru in the arc set up does seem like Katakuri.
2nd in Command of a force where everyone looks up to him. Also going through a mental dilemna of their own, sympathising with Luffy.

Speed/Snakeman type fight, which is a 1v1 and sets Luffy apart from his competitors (Kidd/Law).

Unlike Kaidou, who is like Doflamingo.
Boss with multiple tiers of subordinates, defeated with Help, question of raw power/Boundman.

And fights were Luffy shares the spoils with his competitors (Kidd/Law).

Arcs generally feel all of over the place until matchups tbh.

Dressrosa felt like this from 740 to like 760. Wano was even worse, imo, 990-1100, outside of rooftop scenes, felt extremely all over the place for the crew until matchups.

Imo, we are getting a big Strawhat Reunion once Brook picks everyone up and the ship falls down to Fabriophase. We just arent there yet

Speed is always relative
All of sanji's speed feats is against non speedsters
Fat Dino , Oven etc

This speed feats disappear vs any enemy YC1 & Above lol
So far in egghead , Sanji shown good movement speed but this are useless in combat since hes reaction speed has been MID
