Do you think Luffy can push Lucci past high diff without using his Nika form?
Like we know even in Nika form when they clashed it was equal clash. And Nika changed Luffy from being owned by Kaido and KOed by Apoo to suddenly can treated Kaido as jumping rope toy and can suddenly 1 vs 2 Top Tiers.

Yeah we were like OMG what legends, a 100 million bounty each! Pirate King level! 
In terms of strength? Remember the move they pulled on the giant fish? We didn't see another move like that until Mihawk, and there were Crocodile, Enel and Lucci inbetween. They were also implied to be both physically exhausted, wounded and have equipment that hadn't undergone any maintenance in literal centuries.
100 million was also more than Crocodile, despite being the main villain of the same whole saga.
So no, not "Pirate King level", but they were certainly hyped to be legends.
I think Saturn’s hand to hand combat form is probably just human form tbh
hybrid and gyuki form are massive. They have high AP and take hits well, but they don’t have the speed needed for hand to hand combat.
But in human form, Saturn still has access to all the hax he had in hybrid, but he is faster and more maneuverable.
We can actually see this as he basically teleported behind Kuma from out of nowhere.
