Each time an admiral fails to impress, admiral stans will cope and delude themselves into believing "that's because [insert failed admiral's name] happens to be the weakest admiral". They literally thought that the original color trio is on an entirely different tier to Greenbull and Fujitora, to cope with the fact they were pitiful. Next came the realization that Kuzan is a Yonko commander and couldn't best an 80 year old Garp with wounded organs and suddenly he was the weakest. Then Kizaru got clowned and suddenly he is the weakest now. Akainu is their last hope, though he didn't really look convincing when being bloodlusted and spamming his magma attacks at close range, yet being unable to either hit or injure a heavily injured/damaged, unconscious Kuma who turned his back at him and ran.

He was genuinely getting blitzed front to back against Snakeman and was also not willing to let himself used as a jumprope and Whack a mole, absolutely none of these happened because he wanted them to happen.

Zoro was already shown on PANEL using 3 swords with green flames, switching to 2 swords is just the usual zoro fights where he switches stances throughout the battle.

This scene of Shanks casually picking up the hat in front of Akainu is a reference to Luffy picking up Ace's vivre card in front of Akainu and Akainu attacking him in the following chapter. If you want to verify, just go to chapter 573. However, the same thing happens later with Shanks leaning down to pick up the straw hat and Akainu becoming a statue and sweating in front of him.
Yes indeed, we know that this behavior of Kaido playing with his food was highlighted twice by Big Mom. He deliberately lets himself be hit by attacks that often do nothing or at most cause superficial damage. We also know that these superficial damages are completely recovered by Kaido and his monstrous Zoan recuperation.
This is also a way for Oda to make a monster like Kaido, who has 20 times the endurance of Akainu, be defeated because Oda himself said in a magazine that he didn't know how Luffy and company would find a way to defeat Kaido. I mean, Kaido is so strong that not even the author knew how to defeat him. The solution involved dozens of adversaries, lifting an island, playfully receiving attacks, fighting numerous rounds against Luffy, and facing the Sun God Nika using everything he had in his arsenal.
Kaido and Shanks are on another level compared to the admirals; an example of this is Green Bull receiving "Haki wifi" and admitting to fearing Kaido (being weaker than him).
