Also, my point still stands. It matters how Zoro cut the large mountain sized horn. If he was cutting it in similar sense like Madara's PS, it wouldn't yield thaaat much power but the fact Zoro cut and lifted the entire horn a few kms into the sky makes this feat impressive.

There isn't any "anger boost" here, Zoro just got serious after Sanji insulted him and once he decided to end the fight, Lucci stood zero chance.
Oda stalling for 20 chapters doesn't change that this fight, at the end, is a 7-8 panel fight which ended with a one-shot and Zoro taking no attack from his opponent.

During Zou arc, Luffy stated Sanji is worth 1000 men, which equals 10,000 Doriki
Zoro right after said he's worth 2000 men, which equals 20,000 Doriki
Luffy calling Zoro, Onigashima gives us Zoro's Doriki power level currently.
