The U.S. Election is this year and a common practice for the Democratic party is to become even more lax on illegal immigration for their votes. They pump out millions of dollars outta thin air to add them, and allow them to vote without being a registered citizen. Cities like New York getting hit pretty bad.

Illegal immigrants can, at best, vote in small local elections that nobody really gives a shit about.

LEGALLY yes. But given how ID checking is lackluster to non existent, thus always getting votes people who died even decades ago, it doesn't stop illegal immigrants from voting too.

Do each party increase their catering to their respective demographics when the election draws near for thr purpose of securing votes? Yes

Is NYC dealing with high immigration volumes because of the democratic party doing their usual routine? Yes.

Do dead people vote somehow? Yes?

Are IDs required in every state? No.

I think voter ID laws are mainly for checking at time of voting, but for most states with lax voting laws you still need to register and provide proof of citizenship before voting. Irrc NY requires this
