A YC3 vs an Admiral, former FA, and legendary VA resulted in half of the Marine fleet being destroyed
So an Admiral level pirate vs Yonko level Marine and Admiral level Marine destroying half of WB is reasonable.
Shiki is not even strong enough to be grouped with the big 3
He got rekt by a storm summoned by Roger
Got a wooden steering wheel stuck in his head
Is weaker than Bullet and Prime Ray
Is grouped with Captain John
Is completely irrelevant to the story despite being free for 25 years
Oda supervised a movie in which he got beat by Luffy. Imagine Oda greenlighting Luffy beating up WB
He is the Snack of Rox

Now let's think about it:
Imho Teach's crew suck except from Shiryu i mean they might be strong but they don't send me some crazy vibes like Shanks's ones......
Let's assume that somehow the alliance will defeat Kaido+BM alliance (ofc with some major help and some crazy plot twists) most of the BP and the BMP will be destroyed (except from Kaio/BM and some fodders maybe)
Imagine if Teach turns out being Rocks's son and BM and Kaido finding that out they might decide to join him (with Shiki and the others mentioned) now THAT is some crazy crew to take down

Technically Roger and Garp didnt beat the Rox Pirates....they beat Rox himself which lead to a fallout among the rest. If they were friendly, the Rox wouldve continued under a new captain.
Anyways, Shiki has the portrayal of being able to fight Garp and was a constant thorn for Roger. He couldve been like Snack 38 years ago but his strength was the real deal during Roger's era.

A certain amount of time in Zoro's case is pretty much a few days of off-paneled training with no literal hardships that we can see nor any indicated, as Zoro is said to have a good handle already. Again with Enma, Zoro would be weaker it is a PU. So technically Zoro has gone all out
