I dont think so, 4th ninja war was absolute horrible. Every village put aside their rivalry - edo tensei to bring people back to life - Kaguya as final villain - Oda cant do worse than that. The entire war might not be that good - but I am pretty sure the final battle between Blackbeard pirates vs Strawhats will be epic.

After Wano and Egghead, and making Luffy an inheritor/reincarnation of some deified figure like Kishi did with Naruto and the Sage, I believe he can. Its not quite there yet, but after the newest chapter, all that's needed is for Imu to pull off some bigger bullshit than Kaguya. I will say that at least Naruto's art stayed consistent.
