it seems every D is a monster , and Rocks was a D and those who took him down were D's so that explains much why the WG fears those people , they get powerful even if they don't have DF , Shanks could be one of them as well .

Shanks is Yonko level
Beckman is Admiral level or Old Trio level (if those two aren’t the same thing)
Roo is YC1
Yasopp is YC2
The rest are YC3

Based on the latest math where YC1 + 3 Vets = mid diff for 2 Admirals, RHP > C3

If Yasopp is YC2, then Usopp would have to be YC2 in Luffy's crew because Yasopp gets Van Auger, who Usopp gets at the EoS.

Yes there is.

1. Zoro has to be at least as strong as prime Rayleigh for Luffy to have a shot at becoming PK.

2. Old inactive Rayleigh is capable of fighting on par with an admiral and escaping with no injuries. So prime Rayleigh should be at least Yonko level.

3. Mihawk's plot is as the strongest swordsman that means he has to be stronger than all primary sword users including shanks.

4. Zoro needs to be stronger than mihawk to achieve his goal.

No marines in Wano and false reports about Sabo , and he has Luffy vivre Card and promised to always help him now he knows that 2 yonkous teamed up and gone after him. like Fujitora he might have injuries but he for sure still ok if he heard about the alliance he will ask Karasu to take him there
