No, it's not actuality unless Buggy's an actual emperor level fighter like what the Marines believe, or a brilliant strategist that they think he is. Actuality is the truth, not make-believe lies.
Crocodile and Mihawk's equality in status just goes as far as them being the founding members of CG just like how Luffy, Law, and Momo were equal in status during their allience. Thinking that makes their actual contribution equal is beyond dumb.
While Crocodile's contributions are not to be taken lightly, Mihawk is by far the biggest factor in bringing in both strength and infamy required to cement their Yonko status. And this discussion is about Mihawk getting hype by showing off his strength, which he doesn't require.

EDIT: No one said, Crocodile isn't a factory, it's just that he's much less of a factor that Mihawk. There's a reason why Mihawk alone can't become an emperor. That doesn't stop him from being the biggest factor in making Buggy an emperor.

I am not against Sengoku doing something and then dying, following the same route of other big legends of the past like Garp and WB.
However, there Is a problem: contrary to Garp and WB, Sengoku has no real reason to go alone. The only way I can see Mihawk against Sengoku Is if It was the CG actually attacking him.
