How does that help Aramaki, Venus, Saturn, Mercury and Jupiter keep their DFs up against haki?

DF merchants tend to rely on DF abilities instead of haki.
That's why East Blue trio (Shanks, Mihawk, Dragon) and Zoro have not eaten a Devil fruit - to achieve power through haki alone.

Have you literally ignored the facts that DF abilities of 5 top tiers were removed just by one blast of haki?

But they seem to never acknowledge that Luffy’s fist wouldn’t even be able to hit kaido without haki.

Luffy literally used haki to transcend kaido’s magma shell and punched him to win the fight.

There is a reason why people without DFs are true power houses left for the finale.

That's literally how haki works for everything

You cancel the ability if your haki is superior than the opponent's

If the opponent does not use haki, you cancel the sword attack or devil fruit ability by default

Swords are not "special"
