Tatsumaki wouldn't be considered one. Too developed in the hips and legs, is a confirmed adult and mostly acts like an adult with occasional pouts of childish pettiness but doesn't act like an actual child.

I applied it on the first two days and it went very well. I really felt more aware of my actions.. Sadly when I start my day, I always forgot to do this and when I think about it, its too late or I simply don't have the motivation to stop. In reality, the simple fact of stopping and avoiding jumping to one random action to another is actually really hard in itself for me. I use internet as a way to forget my situation and in return it acts as a hypnotising screen.

So if I don't have a note in front of me to tell me that I need to stop and think about my actions, I will surf without thinking.

But it's definitely a good tool. I added that to a bunch of other CBT exercices I found online and it might really help me at least get a grip. I still have hopes.

So I'm really thankfull that you shared that !

Social Leftist seek liberty and equality for all. Liberals tend to only advocate for change when it's to their benefit or a very specific group of people, to the detriment of the people as a whole. Uneducated and uninformed people who think they're leftist to fall into the liberal category when without knowing it. They'll claim they are for equality obviously, but their actions say the opposite.

Economically speaking yeah he's leftist even though he's uninformed about economics and history.

Liberals - historically - are people who simply seeked equality of human right based on the notion of meritocracy and universalism.

It as simple as that. The problem is that it, since it's a meritocratic vision of society and an universal one - it's a biased vision of reality and therefore a wrong quest for equality and the defense of the rich that are seen as more deserving than others.

What liberals are, in reality, are people who defend an unjust system. A better system that feodalism and monarchy, but still an unjust system.

Mate, you are the one pushing your own definitions here. I'm literally explaining the reality of the definition of the liberal ideology (something that you can check on wiki if you want). And explaining how this current of thought is politically and sociologically flawed and how it ends up protecting the upper classes by nature and logic.
