I'm literally as close as you can get to communism without being one. At my left are only either communists or anarchists.
I applied it on the first two days and it went very well. I really felt more aware of my actions.. Sadly when I start my day, I always forgot to do this and when I think about it, its too late or I simply don't have the motivation to stop. In reality, the simple fact of stopping and avoiding jumping to one random action to another is actually really hard in itself for me. I use internet as a way to forget my situation and in return it acts as a hypnotising screen.
So if I don't have a note in front of me to tell me that I need to stop and think about my actions, I will surf without thinking.
But it's definitely a good tool. I added that to a bunch of other CBT exercices I found online and it might really help me at least get a grip. I still have hopes.

Social Leftist seek liberty and equality for all. Liberals tend to only advocate for change when it's to their benefit or a very specific group of people, to the detriment of the people as a whole. Uneducated and uninformed people who think they're leftist to fall into the liberal category when without knowing it. They'll claim they are for equality obviously, but their actions say the opposite.

It as simple as that. The problem is that it, since it's a meritocratic vision of society and an universal one - it's a biased vision of reality and therefore a wrong quest for equality and the defense of the rich that are seen as more deserving than others.
What liberals are, in reality, are people who defend an unjust system. A better system that feodalism and monarchy, but still an unjust system.

- You don't care about human sciences
- You are distinguishing economy from politic when in reality both are linked.

Many US officials believe a Cyber Attack is coming in 2024/2025, and those who distrust the US government for it's constant lies and genocide worry that the US itself could stage a False Flag event in order to impose Martial Law, or other strict political measures.
Expect many countries to use Cyber Attacks going forward as an excuse to try to get people who aren't a part of the ceLestiaL dragons to attack each other. After the internet has exposed the CIA/FBI's involvement and Israel's involvement in Jeffrey Epstein's client list, the rich sex criminals on Epstein's client list, who are still being protected by the US government, are willing to do whatever it takes to escape justice.

Mate, you are the one pushing your own definitions here. I'm literally explaining the reality of the definition of the liberal ideology (something that you can check on wiki if you want).
