sells 2020 so far
One piece has only 5mio make sense, so far not much volumens came out because of Corona, probably this year One piece didn´t even reach 10mio in the end... But im little surprise that KnY kinda stopped of high salling, didn´t it have 40mio already two months ago? Probably the coronavirus take it also too. Let see if they gonna reach 60mio, I though they probably even reach 80mio, but because of corona they probably don´t reach it.

Remember, bodybuilding...And I stress this over and over, it takes pattern of a lot of things, but it mainly working for the pump and doing a lot repetions, it's not about one or two or three or four reps, it's about 8- 12 repetions, getting constant blood flow to the muscle, in order to get that round muscle look

seems like the backlog of volume sales for kny has slowly dried up, most people are probably caught up to the current volume

I blame Yonko....................................................
Basically what I try to do is I'm on a low carb diet, where I eat higher protein
I restrict the carbs, so I burn of body- fat, but give your body enough carbs to go through the training
So basically eating most of my carbohydrates around my training
One big carb meal before training and one big carb meal after training
