I’m not anti-lgbt in any way

I just think it’s important to realize that America is a massive and diverse country and not every state has the same culture.

Bible Belt states believe abortion is murder. They thought this back when RvW happened and they still think it to this day.

It’s a waste of time trying to force them to accept liberal values. Instead the federal government should focus on things that people in those states could materially benefit from.
You should look up articles and videos on how right wing media has been beating liberal media since the 70s.

Conservative and liberal media work together to make people lean more right wing, and make apolitical people vote against liberals. Their methods work every time.

True

:goyea:

It's sadly a consequence of the nature of capitalism, the bourgeoisie always favor its interest and since most media channel are own by people with a big fortune.. well that's the consequences.

On top of that, apolotical people and confusionnist are push to vote also for the most conservatives people as well by logical result against for the interest of wealthy liberals, but against liberals and leftist overall.

What shift ? There is only a small rise for latino mens and a very faint one for black men, the rest has been steady since 2016

Now this is true.

No, that's not the reason why some men are voting right lol.

Men are voting for Trump because they do not suffer any prejudice. Look at the differences between white men and women and the rest.

We have evidences mate. That's the problem. You ignore them.
Kinda proving the point here - it your presumption is men don't have anything to suffer about then that's not really attractive for men to vote for. Who would have thunk.

Men do have some to suffer about, for example, men like me are part of a minorities whose interests are to the radical left side, to the point where if I truly voted for my interest, NO party on EARTH would be able to convince me since ableism is the level below zero in the hierarchy of priorities of all people, included the leftists I'm voting for at the moment. I would need to seek the creation of an anti-psychiatric and anti ableist movement which would be targeted by the institutions and taken down mediatically is the span of a millisecond.

But.. I have to understand that despite that, I'm still favored in a lot of ways. and a black women will most likely have a lot more problem that I have structurally.

That's why intersectionnality is important, the crossroads of oppression creates more oppression.

Men, who are white, Cis, valid, and straight, and in the wealth norm do not have any problem on the cross road, they are therefore less encline to understand what people like me can live or people like Zemmi.

So, the vote for Trump will be majoritary has their fears of losing this privilege is fuelled by the propaganda. In other words, people are not pushed to vote for Trump because of others or because of their interests, but because of irrationnal fear that they confuse for their interests and are nourrished by people like Musk or Trump.

There is one political party which caters to minorities mostly and if anyone doesn't agree then they get branded as racists

To make it worse, they are so incompetent that they can't do a speech or an interview without teleprompter or framing questions to be asked first

On the other hand, there is this second party which is raising issues which is affecting me - my security, my job and my finances. Things which are basic necessities of my day to day life. They aren't calling me racists and sexists or Nazi for having different opinion or voting someone else

They are also coming across as more competent than the first party..even if they aren't they are doing fine enough to look better than the first party

Ya my vote is going to the second party

Which is wrong since leftists who didn't vote for them and choosed to abstain because they disagree with them, are not branded as racist.

Good luck with that

He didn't say it was about disagreeing with them, the disagreement was about the catering to minorities part.
That's literally the same thing.. lol

Imagine being sentenced to 2 years of prison in the UK because you threw some soup on glass

:HappyClown:
I mean we all know that an art piece is so much more important than the lives of million of people potentially ruined by climate change... right ?

Who can blame the state... ? Poor glass

:HappyClown:

You probably missed the multi-million masterpiece behind the glass.
I swear you're a fucking clown

I used to think these activists were silly but they're actually very brave to risk years and years of prison for doing something as insignificant as that

The UK's democracy is very close to Hungary. They don't even need a crackpot like Orban, Trump or Erdogan to get elected. We don't talk about the UK enough but they're a finished country too.

If I am the clown why are they the ones with coloured hair pulling pranks?

If you're gonna bring up the negatives of a 2025-2029 Trump presidency, please bring practical reasons instead of the "racist! sexist!" emotional appeal and the doom and gloom. Most people voted Trump for economic reasons, so explain why the economy is screwed under Trump.

Give me some studies showing that people are pushed toward far right ideologies simply because some people label them as problematic people.
You don't think that the constant slander and these so-called 'cautionary tales' by the media, such as this and this (and more), combined with a presidency marked by lockdowns, 'forced' vaccinations, sharp spikes in the price of everything (especially rent and gas), and constant reminders of two ongoing wars (the war in Ukraine and the Israel/Palestine conflict), have had an impact?

The US also had to witness Biden fumbling in a presidential debate to the point where Trump ran circles around him. As if the president of the supposed "greatest country in the world" being older than someone's grandfather suffering the end stages of dementia is something to be proud of. The clip of Biden falling down the airplane stairs, which was barely covered by the media as something insignificant only made him that much less fit to be the president of the United States.

Personally, the constant mistreatment of people that supposedly lean conservative (or Trump supporter) all the while having anyone that lean democrat (Biden supporter), far left, or the lgbt+ receive no pushback for some of their more questionable actions that warranted it made me understand that if you weren't in the far left/democrat/lgbtq online, you and the others who browse the fringes of the internet were pretty much on your own.
