The Grand Line and new world is where all the strongest people in the world go to, so it's not really rare to see people with it only because we're at a location where there are lots of powerful people.

It's like going to a Zoo and seeing a Tiger (endangered species), there are only 5 thousand of them remaining. Just because you go to a Zoo and see 100 tigers doesn't mean Tiger's aren't rare. You're just in a location where they're concentrated.

The Grand Line and New World are places where CoC users are like Tigers, they're rare, but they're all concentrated in 1 area of the world.

And they're really only a handful of CoC users in the series, there are 22 known king haki users out of a population easily exceeding even a population of 8 billion given the OP world is larger than the the earth.
Out of potentially maybe even 20 billion people, only 22 known CoC users? That's not a lot. We just happen to be where all of them gather.

Out of those 22, only what... like Luffy, Shanks, Kaido have been seen as people able to actually weaponise King's Haki? It's one thing to have King's Haki, it's another thing to be able to control it as a weapon in battle.

For CoC , yes it is important.
Base CoC is useless. What strength did it gave to luffy till rooftop?

Only advanced Conqueror makes the real difference.

Base CoC is judt crowd control which any scary character can do.

It's like genes for certain traits, or intelligence, having an IQ of 150+ might be 1 in 10 million people.

Things you can't choose are genetics. You don't choose to have Conqueror's Haki, otherwise you would be able to train it. That's why Garp said he was born with it and Ivankov said the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

You don't choose to be tall, you don't choose to have the height and athleticism to play basketball or NBA. You don't choose to be born without empathy, you don't choose to be a psychopath or a cannibal. You're just born that way.

This idea that if you're proud and ambitious = Conqueror's Haki falls flat when you realise there are 1,000s of kings and leaders in One Piece who do not have it.
It's not a power that one develops from having a certain personality, it's something you're either born with.

If being arrogant meant you'll have Conqueror's Haki, then Luffy or Katakuri wouldn't have it. Luffy doesn't even want to be a leader which people think is a prerequisite, he wouldn't have it.

Conqueror's Haki has nothing to do with personality, it's something developed by 1 in a million people.

Furthermore, is it 1 in a million to have Crocodile's arrogance and narcissism? No, there are millions of people with similar personality traits. It's genetic.



That's like saying Big Mom's body wasn't inherited.
Genes mutate, some genes are hidden from 100s of years ago and appear many generations later. Her parents are tiny while she's gigantic... doesn't mean she can't be born a giant. Genes can mutate which is why siblings can have 99% similar genetic code, and still be different. You don't just look at someone and their parent, see there's a difference and then determine they're not related. Genes are not things you really determine from eye-sight... could have 2 scientist couples have a kid who grows up with learning difficulties or disabled... does that mean they're not related genetically?

It's like saying White people don't have genes to be Dark skinned.... even though everyone originates from Africa.
Genes can stay hidden and appear many generations later.
So, the idea that because Big Mom's parents didn't have it... doesn't mean she didn't inherit it. There are millions of genes in the body that just don't show up, and sometimes they just happen to become dominant and this is why there's variation between people regardless of relation.

There are people who have short parents and short grand-parents who end up extremely tall, why? Genes. That's just how science works.

Being related to a conqueror while it does increase your chances of also being one doesn’t make you one. Not being related to one doesn’t mean you can’t have it either

Same way only a conqueror should only be able to become subordinate to a better conqueror it only makes sense for a conqueror to only consider another conqueror on equal

Like kaido was allied with Doflamingo Caesar and orochi but even when working with them during to common interests he never viewed any of them as his equals. Doffy never viewed Caesar as his equal either

If he gets conquerors I personally don’t really care if he can infuse it or not. Like I don’t think he will but we don’t really know what it takes
