First, i never claimed you supported Hamas, but calling them a resistance group legitimazes their actions. Which is both factually and morally wrong. Hamas was always a fundamentalist movement that aimed at the destruction of Israel.
If Hamas's creation is the result of Israeli actions, that is up for the debate. The nature of Hamas is not up for debate. It's a Jihad movement, and they themselves claim to be so.

And no...saying they were a resistance group that turned into full blown terrorists killing innocent people does not justify their actions. Saying a school shooter did it because of bullying does not justify mass shootings for example.
This same logic can be thrown back at you to claim you support ethnic cleansing or something, as Israel is now somehow justified in doing so because of Oct 7th and what not(not claiming you are, just pointing out faulty logic).

Bro, i have been here since october 7. I know most of you guys takes on this. I know you are not a Hamas supporter, but they way you worded "resistance group" makes it confusing for people that are unaware of your takes.
And as Nat pointed out, in WW2, the allies killed thousand of civilians by bombing the Nazis. Such tragedies are sometimes inevitable in war. The whole "Israel is doing a genocide/ethic cleansing" thing will only be proved after all of this is over. There is no reliable source on this as of right now. We should wait things to unfold before judging.

I really want to help people but I feel as if I can't become a person who can do that a lot because of my trauma, I have helped some people but that's with the little I had, I wish I could help a lot more

Bro, drop that rhetoric. There was no Palestine ever. Emperor Hadrian renamed the Roman province of Judaea to Syria Palaestina in the early 2nd century AD. The region was always occupied by foreigners ever since the Romans. The British allowed the Jews to escape to Palestine during WW2. The rights to that land is a big can of worms. Some of it was bought, other was legally occupied and there was also expulsion of Arabs(aka illegal occupation). The Arabs rejected the two state solution multiple times. Israel imperialism/colonialism is left wing propaganda. If they truly wanted what you guys claim, a good chunck of the Middle East would be under their occupation as of 2024, cause Arab armies proved themselves inept at defeating the IDF.
Indeed, but any movement that calls for the destruction of a nation or ethnicity can never be called anything other than a terrorist organization. Which is exactly what Hamas is.

It's not about the ideology of a group. A resistance movement is a resistance in the geopolitical sence. This data is fundamental to allow any resistance movement to be formed against oppressions anywhere else.
I have a question for you. Would you call the french resistance against Nazi germany, a terrorist organization ?
