Yeah Mihawk the one literally no one else gives a fuck about but Zoro. Shanks walked into matineford and stopped a war, he has haki that is only bettered by Joy Boy. But yeah Mihawk, because he is the WSS, who no one gave a fuck about apart from some girl who got neg-diffed by stairs and the kid she mollywhooped a 1000-0.

I do not want any of the people taking an equal statement from a giant at face value to ever doubt a "Strongest" statement from the marines and the narrator himself.

Never have I ever seen this much Roger slander. First it was in Oden FB when Roger begged WB for Oden, but that slander was not about his power level. But this Gaban = Roger thing has opened the flood gates. What kind of a powerup will Sanji get if he is to be equal to Luffy cause currently his strongest attack just got an ouch from Luffy in Egghead. Sanji will get some massive AP grades in the future.

Until the fool summary comes out, it is all Sanji hype and Roger downplay agenda. But if the chapter reveals that the term was not about power level then boy oh boy, Sanji will get a lot of slander.

This is exactly what I feel it is, people are significantly underestimating Roger.

If anyone said Gaban = prime Whitebeard they'd get laughed out of the internet. High top-tier ACoC, a high top-tier DF, top-tier CoO/CoA, high top-tier blade, high top-tier endurance - that man maxed out damn near every stat... Primebeard is straight up shitting on 99.9% of the OP verse and everybody knows it.

Roger was equal to that man. Oldbeard was still introduced as the WSM by the narrator. Imagine that, a high top-tier in his old age when even the likes of Garp, Sengoku and Rayleigh dropped to low top-tier. No one apart from Roger was close to Primebeard except maybe Xebec. Rayleigh and Garp were probably a similar level and neither is pushing Whitebeard nor Roger past high-diff. Some random line in a brief summary from leakers about Gaban being on the same level as Roger isn't gonna change that, and anyone who thinks it does needs to put the vaseline down and at least wait for the full chapter.

As per the manga instead of a databooks of early one piece which Oda wouldn't care a shit about and strength could be referring to physical strength not battle power.

Douriki were indeed physical strength and didn't take into account techniques, skill, or even their zoan forms.

Kaku's swordsmanship would likely be a big pull upwards to the "real" number, but Lucci being the only true master of rokushiki seen so far in the whole series would get an even bigger boost.

A wolf is a big boost, but other than bloodlust, I think you're underestimating the strength of a giraffe that comes with its size.

Edit: And I said that thinking of real world giraffes. The wacko techniques Kaku got were also something else, like the tekkai neck whip. Jyabura didn't get new techniques along with his transformation.

People who thought that Oda would have ruined the M3 dynamic for jinbe are dumb.
He also puts jinbe behind them, not shoulder to shoulder in the scene of Aramaki and that's portray, it's clear that by putting jinbe behind them he still empathizes them being the M3. Jinbe has been a weird in-between M3 and Mid trio.

It doesn't. A marine with a rifle was used to be compared to Spandam, but Fukurou was specific about what douriki included and didn't, and it only includes base stats.

I don't think that Oda takes the accurate strength of real life giraffe, but the portray of it in stories where the wolf in myths, books etc. Is strong, just like the "lion", also a werewolf like can be stronger than a human giraffe even if you have the giraffe as stronger in pure animal form.

Unlike Zoro and Sanji who always end their fights looking clearly superior, Luffy rarely defeat his major opponents due to being simply stronger than them. It's usually his will or external factors that make him able to pull the W.
