You the one without any argument. I brought the information needed. Your own work place which you tried to flex over me to say you understand genocide definitions better than me didn't said Israel commited any genocide and yet you go against those words by saying it had and your only counter argument is that "trust me bro"

There’s really just no saving these people, they are so far gone and have given up all sense of self to worship at the feet of a fascist con man…classic brainwashed behavior, I just hope it ends the same way most cults do

Phenomenal question!! Does anyone who’s not on Ravager’s ignore list wanna tag him for a response??
Everyone here knows I am pretty much right of centre, and that I have even defended Trump at times, which means I am in no way unqualified for what I am about to say:
IF YOU ARE AGAINST THE RELEASE OF THE EPSTEIN FILES YOU HAVE NO LEG TO STAND ON. YEARS AND YEARS AND YEARS AGO I BELIEVED HE WOULD RELEASE THEM. IN A SENSE, I FELT THAT IN OF ITSELF WAS PROOF OF HIS INNOCENCE (REGARDING EPSTEIN).
HE IS OPENLY GOING AGAINST HIS PROMISE. HE HASN'T JUST BACKTRACKED. HE'S RUNNING CONTRARY TO HIS INITIAL CLAIMS. OPEN YOUR FUCKING EYES. THE MAN IS DEFINITELY IN THERE - AND IT'S BAD. LET EVERY CHILD MOLESTER, RAPIST, AND ABUSER ROT REGARDLESS OF YOUR POLITICAL AFFILIATION.
That's all he ever was about
Didn't people vote for him because he wanted to 'drain the swamp' and promised to not drag Murica into wars again?
He did the exact opposite.
Then he said he's ending the Ukraine war within what, a week? Didn't happen. He lets Putin and the likes do whatever they want while pocketing their bribes and acting like everything's going according to plan and that actually it's him who is in charge.
His fans let him do it and still support him.
Now the Epstein files. Releasing them would be as swamp draining as it gets. His fans don't see that him not releasing them is ultimate proof that he is and always has been part of that swamp he vowed to drain.
Long story short: they elected and defended a guy who stands for the exact opposite of what they truly want. And they're still not seeing it. Luckily some do (like yourself) but it should get you to think. Trump had it written all over his face. The way he acts and speaks were so obviously manipulative that to not realize what he truly is a testament to one's lack of judgement and ability to take care of one's needs and interests.
I suggest you and everyone else who fell for this conman's deceit to do some soul searching and ask yourselves how this could happen and why you wanted to believe in him so fervently.

I was a supporter back in 2016 when I was a nihilist and clinically depressed. Not an excuse, really - I still supported him, but I guess it is an explanation.
The extent of any defense I have provided in the following years was in relation to the media coverage of Trump and how some of it truly felt hysterical. I no longer believed in him, but I did find the response disproportionate to the individual offences.
A lot of people wanted to believe in someone other than "the establishment" politicians and chose the wrong guy. When people desperately want something to be true they can turn their eyes from any and all evidence. We are living in that reality.
However, the reason people double or triple down is the indirect "I told you sos" that they receive from others. Your following statement is but one of many they would receive: "...a testament to one's lack of judgement and ability to take care of one's needs and interests."
What happened to the concept of not blaming the victim?
Did I fuck up in the past for supporting Trump when I was in my very early 20s? Yes. Perhaps I even deserve scorn for it, I do not know, that is for each individual person to decide. I do know this however, treating people with disrespect is a surefire way to turn a potential ally into an enemy.
Try to be kinder to the "opposition". It might surprise you how reasonable people can be.
Be that as it may - I implore anyone standing behind Trump regarding the Epstein files to take a long look in the mirror. Why are you defending him? Does it make sense to do so in such a position? He ran on a platform of draining the swamp. He said he would release the files. He is now desperate to prevent that at all costs.

Israel is such a disturbing topic - period. Everybody with half a brain knows something is up, but somehow nothing is ever done regarding it. Wouldn't even surprise me if Epstein really was an Israeli agent at this point.
Not governments of course. If people were conscious enough of the issues themselves they might be able to make personal efforts towards it. Granted, it's very hard to do anything against Israel as an individual (or groups of individuals) - you'll just be called an anti-semite and de-platformed in most cases.

I don't defend him on that, Release the files, let the world burn, No matter who it is. Israel needs a new leader, wouldn't surprise me if some ppl are involved from there, probably all over the world.
I don't have to agree with everything he does, and only this point I do not. It does make me wonder, They need to be released.
Why he's desperate, idk, and idc. Idk what he knows. Actions do speak louder, but to flip on one thing?

So don’t give me this buyer’s remorse bullshit, we told people like you three separate times not to believe him and y’all decided that “owning the libs” was more important than retaining your rights and access to vital social services. Absolutely ridiculous to be on that side and ask for decency when you haven’t shown any for more than a decade, fuck outta here…

I haven't been a Trumper for around eight years. I would identify these days as right of centre, and I always try to focus on the policies. I would absolutely disavow somebody who made a platform on one issue but then went against it. That crumbles any form of integrity that politician has.
Does this mean I disagree with everything he's done? No. I even made that clear in my initial message ("The extent of any defense I have provided in the following years was in relation to the media coverage of Trump and how some of it truly felt hysterical. I no longer believed in him, but I did find the response disproportionate to the individual offences.")
Not everything Trump has said or done deserves the responses he receives. Some of it most certainly does. This is one of those issues.

I literally stopped supporting him in early 2017 when it was clear he didn't stand for what he promised? You have completely misrepresented both why I supported him and why others did. You can check my historical posts if you're so interested and you'll see I have spoken against Trump on many occasions. I have also, admittedly, memed in his favour, so I'll give you that much.
You're clumping everybody into the same mass because it's simpler for you. Don't be ridiculous.

I really do hope somebody in his cabinet takes him to task, or some of our Media people. Tell him that No we won't stand for that. etc.
I can't stop you from feeling that way.

Likewise. I cannot see it happening. I'm pretty certain the Epstein files won't be released by either side. It's a convenient political smear tool. No doubt most of D.C. has some sort of connection to it, and those who don't lack the power to do anything about it.
Not everything Trump has done was bad - and the derangement syndrome surrounding him is ridiculous - but he ran on a platform of draining the swamp and now he's unwilling to show the files. Whatever is inside is likely not good for him. Either he is directly implicated or someone he cares for is, or it's just so high-level conspiracy that it'll just ruin America. I'm kind of leaning towards all three options in one way or another.
