Depending on the situation, cis men and women will appreciate the availability of more free toilets. I can't count how often I was somewhere with my parents as a kid and had to wait because all the womens' rooms were occupied, with the men's rooms sometimes nearly empty.

Because creating another place just implies that trans people do not belong in the place reserved for their gender. It's dehumanizing them.
For what reasons ? Their appearance
