Tashigi coming to Wano would be a great occasion for her to grow in maturity and power with her learning about the flower sword techniques, flying slashes attacks and penetration armament haki. It would also be a great opportunity to boost her knowledge of swords and rare blades with her meeting Hitetsu and learning about Enma and Ame na Habakiri and swords becoming black with haki if she doesn't already know about them.

Surprisingly Oda hasn't brought up the sexism part when Kinemon talked down to Nami by calling her violent, her fashion sense and women should be polite, modest,etc. Back in OJ,my expectations for Wano was a place full of sexism, a traditional feel of Edo japan. Which Nami and Tashigi will be the cornerstone to break the mold that there are many powerful women out there in the one piece world with some attitude.
Reality... Kinemon didn't have any disdain for Shinobu even though she a woman and it less about Wano culture/swords but more of we have to get rid of Kaido!
So Kinemon of punk hazard would be a bit conflicted imo because Tashigi is modest, but she will never stand to be behind a man shadow.
