so goofy's attacks will not permanently hurt her or maim her.
and she seems to have willingly became an hk. she's not surviving the arc regardless.

i don't think the purpose of the arc is to resolve any major characters. it's to introduce elfab and loki for the endgame. and introduce hk system and show off some of imu. while also possibly killing off 3 hk so there would be spots open for new hk. i suspect imu will turn some already existing characters into hk.

See my last comment. It doesnt matter. You can throw explosions, beams and shockwaves, "fake" slashes and hax at female characters but Oda does not draw male protagonists physically hitting women with any sort of major force. He didnt even let Luffy fight Ulti after one clash, Yamato stepped in and hit her.

The most weve ever gotten was Alvida and Vivi (gag) from Luffy with this lol.

Again, Im just using history of Oda's decision making here. Luffy will probably punch Gunko, but you arent going to get the type of back and forth hes had with Crocodile, Lucci, Doflamingo, Katakuri and Kaido. It will be blocked or some situation will prevent us from seeing a major impact of him punching her. You know what I mean

It's quite easy, Mihawk's not gonna be Zoro's ultimate ceiling - Zoro will end up reaching the powerlevel of whomever Nika's right wing is supposed to be. It's the same with Sanji. Just like how Luffy will completely eclipse Roger during the final saga, there's no reason to assume his wings will cap to ~PK wings at best.



It's quite simple: Roger, WB, Xebec, Big Mom and Kaido couldn't do jackshit to one of those ancient gods who merely borrowed (!) someone else's body.

Sure, you can come up with some cope like PK Roger >>>>>>> GV Roger but you're just deluding yourself at this point because this Roger was close to 40 and near his prime.

The issue is you cannot adapt to whatever direction the manga will go. At the end, story >>> made-up powerlevels, that includes Roger's "legacy." Because one thing is clear, Roger was the PK but he's nothing against Joyboy, Davy Jones, Imu, Nika, all the other gods. He's just another pawn in this story who's meant to lead the current generation towards victory - Luffy is the protagonist who will claim the ending. I think this much is quite obvious considering what we've seen in the mural?

Nah, the arc reinforced that Zoro and Sanji are tied to Ray and Gaban, Oda didn´t even make the parallels explicit before this arc, while he´s reinforcing that Luffy is tied to Joyboy, Teach to Davy Jones, etc, Loki probably to whoever the ancient Giant King was during the VC days. Joyboy´s crew is going to be as relevant as Rogers crew is during the flashbacks(not much at all). There´s no reason to assume EOS Zoro and Sanji will ever be able to hurt Imu, since Rocks made it pretty clear you need special fruits, they´re caping out at fighting and beating Gorosei. Oda doesn´t really care about the strawhats anymore, that´s just how the story is going.

Mihawk is Zoro's EoS battle. What the fuck are you even talking about? Zoro still has so much to learn to get there. And you're basically saying that level is worthless.

And GV Roger + GV Garp could take down DR Xebec, let alone HK Harald. We saw how they did it. Retired Gaban + Young Shanks simply didn't meet that bar.

Roger and Garp who were in their mid 30s (even if not prime, not far off), put their entire life savings into their final blow. Loki on the other hand? Washed HK Harald first with his DF only and after that obliterated him in base using Ragnir. Now imagine hybrid Loki going wild with Ragnir.

And yeah, I get it, Shanks "captured" Loki, but there is a reason Oda never showed it. It was just a Deus Ex Machina to have Loki rest until Nika's arrival, so they can go and kick the WG's ass together. At this point Loki being captured could mean anything and is probably not something Oda will further elaborate. We know how top tier encounters actually look like when they happen, they are nothing like what we would've hyped them up. Oda just needed to have Loki rest to be able to go all out now.

Lets face it. Loki is abnormal. Kaido became a meme.
