... everything looks Impossible when you observe it through such lenses.
I learned this with Katakuri's Future Sight, I thought this shit was really invincible because Luffy had no answer for it...
But the reality is, just because Luffy is having trouble with something doesnt mean others will be troubled by it.
Speaking of Maki...
...what do you think about it being Malice, the evil that dwells inside all living things?
Luffy and Loki being pure-hearted idiots with no malice in their hearts, cannot be exploited and Domi Reversied...
Other than that, aCoC barrier should be a counter for Maki, nothing should go past that overall but with Oda, stronger attack will always triumph.

I had theories but currently everything has failed. Maybe DF ability to usr your soul as a bargain chip to get powers.
It's obvious not anyone can learn it or Gorosei would be top candidates. It can only be extended forward.
And if it's DF ability, Haki burst is the key to it.
But given from what roger said armanent haki reverses the DF effect. Zoro should have overpowered sommers Maki

Everyone has shadows, only Moriah can manipulate them. Here, nearly everyone has malice in them but only Imu can manipulate it...

Maybe what Law did against DocQ's ability is all that is necessary to counter Domi Reversi as well.

I would love to add the two devil fruit theory here.
Two demons can't exist at once, and domi reversi is forceful contracts where demon consumes all the life energy till the user dies.
That's why Luffy and Loki are immune, they already have a demon inside and then Chopper also have a zoan fruit.
Zoan fruit tend to carry their own will/Soul.
I'm not sure if this was said for Logia and Paramacia.
Or we looking at it the wrong way, yes Haki is a counter to hax.
But we abilities like Big mom soul control, Perona fruit, Boa Hancock fruit.
Haki can't evade these, Only certain emotions can. Bigmom was countered by Jimbei by not showing fear. Boa was countered by being stoic/Asexual, Perona was countered by Ussop by always being negative.
Domi reversi might work given what their motives are. How evil they are, how much will they fall.
