I like Shoto so I wouldn't call him useless but he needs to shine because for now he's useless true.
Dabi will definitely burn someone alive. Either Endeavor or some random hero. Looking at his current state it will be just a missed opportunity to not use him.

Rappa that sunday philosopher, a bit cliche the whole "soul in your fist" "i feel your soul while brawling" etc (I thought about grimmjow talking to Ichigo there) but fun. I wanted a Rappa a bit more raw than that

AFO had likely a finger in all plots, threats, quirk related traffic, underground mobs, society disorders from the past few decades. Even more when it's quirk related.

I wish Bakugo had gotten to intern with her, their chemistry would have been so interesting. Imo, Deku and Bakugo would have benefited from her, Deku with his shoot style particularly. But I do really like they got to intern with Endeavour of all people too though.
Rappa definitely gives me a Grimmjow vibe now you mention it lol. The Kenpachi/Grimmjow of MHA?
I'm completely on the same wavelength about AFO there too. It would make complete sense with a personality like his and he did take over Japan in the past too. All roads will lead to him ultimately imo, all branches to the same tree or such. He would definitely try to control every angle he could of society, both on the surface and underground.
