Not really. Mihawk cut vertically through the longest part of the ice berg, with one casual slash. Using Whitebeard as a comparison isn't really reasonable. Whitebeard's ability is to create vibrations in the air, and ice is prone to it. It's an ability whose focus is destruction. But then it failed to get through the Siege Wall.

They will obviously do shit to Mihawk.

Only a Top Tier guy can low diff Law and use Jozu as a stool. There is no other way around it. The only person to break out of Aokiji's ice were Whitebeard and Doflamingo, not Jozu.

WB power is to create quakes in space which is absolute destruction power that cannot be even dodged. WB even sick and old still able to mid-hight diff WSS, case he is WSM for a damn reason.
His single punch was stronger than anything that Mihawk showed in all terms, his destruction power is absolute. He is litteraly beyond all in those terms.
While I doubt that Mihawk would be able to survive full rage WB attack. Only Akainu could do that, case he is monster.
