Yes, I think Scabbards can beat anyone. Why is it a surprise that 9 high tiers can beat the shit out of one top tier?
If anyone stands a chance of surviving them, it is Kaido.

Kaido is in a very unfavorable situation, there are nine strong people ganging up on him and his other forms dont help him, they only make it worse so his only chance is taking them slowly out 1 by 1 in dragon form.

Scabbards are what Law and Wyper were in Dressrosa and Skypiea. Both managed to defeat the main antagonist but they came back.
The same will happen here. Kaido's recovery is most likely ridiculously fast. He can recover and move on to fight Supernovas while Scabbards will be too exhausted to continue or he will wreck them once he recovers like Enel rekt Wyper when he revived himself.

Raizo, Kinemon, Kiku, Kawa aren't high tiers. Even questionable for Izo. All of them are one shot material, doesn't matter if they are 9.

I don't think its gonna be next chapter, scabbards will continue to dominate the fight, but get damaged a bit to not make Dragon Kaido a complete joke, Oda will probably will continue to make this fight like Oden fights, only difference no one will interfere when the scabbards try to land their final attack

You just saw them repeat Oden's scar. Apply a wound of that size to Kaido's humanoid forms and you have him slashed from head to toe.
No, the dragon form is saving him because it is too huge for their attacks to deal enough damage to it.
Their damage is enough to kill him in smaller forms. His humanoid form wont be doing anything to 9 people.
It is too much to handle for anyone. They arent common weaklings, they are the strongest samurai you will ever see...
